By accessing, submitting content to, or using the DEEM platform—including DEEM BMVP, ReDEEM, MULTITUDE routing, and all related intake forms—you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. DEFINITIONS

“DEEM” refers to the digital novelty verification system, including the DEEM BMVP report, DEEM Pro, DEEM Enterprise, ReDEEM, MULTITUDE routing, and any related tools.

“User,” “You,” “Your” means any individual or entity accessing or using the DEEM website or services.

“Content” means any text, documents, ideas, files, concepts, or information submitted by the User.

“Report” means any DEEM novelty, lineage, trust, or originality analysis generated by DEEM, whether manual, automated, or AI-assisted.

DEEM does not provide legal advice.
DEEM reports and recommendations:

• are informational,

• support idea clarity and early-stage decision making,

• and highlight risk, novelty, and lineage signals.

They are not legal opinions, not patentability guarantees, and not substitutes for legal counsel.

Users are encouraged to consult qualified intellectual property counsel before taking action on any DEEM output.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITY & ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

You agree that:

• All information provided to DEEM is your own.

• All submitted content is truthful to the best of your knowledge.

• You have the rights to submit the materials you upload.

• You understand DEEM’s output depends on the accuracy of your input.

DEEM is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading submissions.

4. OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

You retain ownership over all ideas, documents, and materials you submit.

However, by using DEEM, you grant Novelopers a limited, non-exclusive permission to:

• process your content,

• analyze your ideas,

• generate reports,

• and store relevant lineage data for verification and service delivery.

DEEM does not claim ownership of your intellectual property.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA HANDLING

DEEM treats your submissions as confidential.

• We do not publish, disclose, or share your ideas.

• We store data securely.

• Access is restricted to authorized team members providing the service.

However:

DEEM is not a law firm, and your submission is not protected under attorney–client privilege.

6. AUTOMATED & AI-ASSISTED PROCESSING

You acknowledge and agree that:

• DEEM may use AI models (including OpenAI, Qwen, Llama, or internal models).

• AI is used for summarization, structure, analysis, and drafting.

• Human review may occur for accuracy and quality assurance.

DEEM does not store your ideas in public AI datasets.
All processing occurs within controlled, secure systems.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS OR PATENTABILITY

DEEM does not guarantee:

• novelty status,

• patentability,

• market success,

• legal outcomes,

• enforceability of any intellectual property.

DEEM provides guidance, not guarantees.

8. PAYMENT, SUBSCRIPTIONS & REFUNDS

If you purchase DEEM Basic, DEEM Pro, DEEM Enterprise, or ReDEEM:

• Fees are due at the time of purchase.

• Digital services are non-refundable once delivered.

• Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

DEEM, Novelopers, and its affiliates are not liable for:

• loss of ideas,

• business losses,

• missed filing deadlines,

• disclosure impacts,

• or decisions made based on DEEM reports.

Your use of DEEM is at your own risk.

10. TERMINATION

DEEM may suspend or terminate service if:

• a user violates these terms,

• provides harmful or fraudulent information,

• or abuses the platform.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law.

• never used to train public AI models.

Your ideas remain your ideas.

4. USE OF AI TO PROCESS YOUR CONTENT

DEEM may use AI to assist in:

• summarization,

• lineage analysis,

• novelty detection,

• mechanism clarification,

• risk detection,

• report generation.

AI outputs are reviewed by DEEM analysts for accuracy and confidentiality.

We do not feed your ideas into publicly accessible training datasets.

The DEEM website and Kartra pages may use cookies for:

• page analytics

• session tracking

• form handling

• performance monitoring

Users may disable cookies in their browser settings; however, some features may not function correctly.

6. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

We store data securely using:
